Our refill system is designed to be simple, effective, and sustainable — but to make the most of it, there’s one important step: washing out your bottles before they’re refilled.

Refills: Quick Guide

Before your collection, please wash out your bottles:

1. Use it up – Finish the product.
   
2. Rinse – Give the bottle a good shake with warm water.
   
3. Air dry – Leave the cap off until dry.
   
4. Return – Place clean bottles in your Embrace Eco box for refill.

Simply place your used products in the box, and we’ll collect, refill, and return them directly to your door. But here's the best part, we'll remind you the day before the box is getting refilled and you can check in to make sure that you've got everything.
